Tips for Cooking Brussels Sprouts
Use high heat! Char on the outer leaves of a brussels sprout helps to balance out the bitterness.
Pair with something sweet. One of my favorites is fig jam *chef’s kiss*
Always start with fresh brussels sprouts. The texture and char just cannot be achieved with frozen brussels sprouts. Start with raw, fresh brussels!
Add smoke. Liquid smoke, smoked paprika, grill - all of these elements pair nicely with the brussels sprouts!
